During that extreme heat spell a few weeks ago, our AC went out. We were having trouble getting someone -- especially someone with geothermal experience - to come out. Josh responded to our voicemail quickly, came out promptly, got us going in about a half hour, and charged an entirely reasonable amount. We'll call Josh next time we have an HVAC need.

When my air conditioner stopped working and the heat inside my house started climbing, I called Weese Heating and Cooling about 4 PM, hoping someone would help quickly. I spoke with Josh, who was working in Concord, Arkansas at the time. Despite being busy, he said he'd try to get someone out that same day.
To my surprise, Josh, himself, showed up at about 7 o'clock. He was friendly, professional, and got straight to work. He explained exactly what was wrong with my unit and, thankfully, he had the part needed to fix it right then and there. There was no waiting and no hassle, and he didn't even try to sell me a new unit.
The repair work was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. I truly appreciated his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to upsell or overcharge. My mom had Josh out for a new furnace. On the same day, when they were putting in the furnace, my A/C quit. I live across the road sooo I just happened to mention it. Yup Josh and company came over and fixed my problem.
